ANTHONY LAMME
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Anthony Lamme leads Famzam’s daily operations while managing all financial responsibilities and investor relationships. He also works closely with the sales team to ensure that company goals are accomplished.
Anthony oversees the pulse of the web site to build and expand the company’s corporate infrastructure, create new ideas, marketing campaigns, and to develop new services as the company continues to grow.
Before launching Famzam, Anthony spent 13 years on Wall Street. Most recently, he worked as a senior proprietary trader at On-Site and Trillium Trading. Anthony trained countless employees in the methodologies of technical analysis and developed a proprietary trading system called SectorTech Trading.
Prior to On-Site and Trillium Trading, he was a financial advisor for Prime Charter Limited and an investment banker at Joseph Charles & Associates. At Joseph Charles, where he was named youngest vice president in the company’s history, Anthony helped a number of small to mid-cap companies go public with a combined market cap of $1 billion.
Anthony graduated from Seton Hall University with a B.S. in Finance. He is also a member of the New Jersey Technology Council where he delivered keynote speeches for social networking events.
CHAD HAHN
Chief Technology Officer
Chief Technology Officer, Chad Hahn leads the Famzam programming department and is responsible for the implementation of software and hardware architecture, keeping security a top priority. Chad also develops the functional technology behind all creative ideas and works together with a strong development team of architects, programmers and testers.
Three years ago, Chad launched a venture consulting company, SquareOne Solutions. He assumes a variety of roles, from new business development to technical architect, while developing innovative ideas for viable businesses. In 2005, Chad’s company began working with a startup company, WR Group, to build a custom ERP application to manage e-commerce orders, content management, order fulfillment, inventory and warehousing. His team designed and developed a robust, scalable software solution that has increased the WR Group’s productivity and increased sales, which lead to a triple-digit ROI.
Chad started his career with Arthur Andersen's technology group as one of three project leads on a multi-million dollar custom-built knowledge management application used by 10,000 consultants worldwide. In his first year, he helped construct a scaleable solution focusing primarily on improving the performance of the search module, the most critical component of any knowledge management application. His efforts resulted in a 90% increase in search performance.
Chad graduated Magna Cumme Laude from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he holds degrees in Finance and Computer Science.
MARK G. MURPHY
Chief Creative Officer
As Chief Creative Officer, Mark Murphy leads the creative department and works closely with Chief Technology Officer, Chad Hahn developing the interface and layout of Famzam. Using the latest in Internet technology, he directs a team of designers and Flash programmers through the entire development process. Mark also plays a key role in Famzam’s brand development.
Mark started his career as a 3D animator and instructor at Full Sail in Orlando, Florida. He quickly went on to work for multiple New York startups during the dot-com boom of the late 1990’s. In late 2001, he created a new interactive firm, DigitalKick, now located in New York City. Today, he currently serves as Principal and Creative Director at DigitalKick.
In just five short years, DigitalKick has grown to a full-service design firm. The company has been featured on numerous award websites, trade magazines and publications. Mark has directed/worked on projects for such clients as NBC Universal, A&E Television Networks, Chubb Insurance, Oppenhemier Funds, Electronic Arts, and Sony Pictures, among others.
Additionally, Mark maintains a close relationship with Adobe, providing development input on upcoming software releases. Mark has received awards including Interactive Design Review from I.D. Magazine, multiple Sites’ of the Week from Communication Arts, a Silver Award from American Design Awards and Site of the Day from Favorite Website Awards.
Mark has been a Finalist and served as a Judge for The Flash Forward Film Festival and was featured in multiple editions of Illustrator CS3 Wow! - Published by Peachpit Press.
Mark received his degree in Digital Media from Full Sail in Orlando, Florida and served in the United States Coast Guard from 1993-1997.
